To our dear clients,
We would like to acknowledge the unprecedented challenge the world is facing at the moment. Planteriors Inc. is closely monitoring the current situation with Covid-19. We hope that this message finds you in good health, with our hearts going out to all of those who have been impacted.
We would like to inform you of the steps that Planteriors Inc. is taking to address this current situation. Our top priority is always the safety of our clients, our employees and our partners. Rest assured that none of our employees have travelled outside of Canada in the past 6 months, and none have knowingly been in contact with anyone who has contracted Covid-19.
We are continuing to maintain our duties in caring for the plants at all of our sites, using utmost caution. All of our employees are taking consistent measures to ensure that the execution of our work remains free of the risk of any possible unknown contamination or transmission. These measures involve more frequent hand washing, sanitizing any surfaces that they touch, and avoiding any unnecessary contact with clients and employees. All of our employees are equipped with sanitizing gels, alcohol and gloves.
We are committed to servicing your plants to the best of our abilities during this time. We understand that you may be asking your employees to work offsite, and that some offices and buildings may be temporarily closed. If necessary, arrangements can be made to perform maintenance services at scheduled times, coordinating our visits with either security or members of staff. Since we are dealing with living organisms, that we strive to keep healthy and thriving, we are taking measures to ensure that plants receive extra water on our visits should the case be that there is a temporary interruption of service. As it is, most plants will not suffer to a great extent within two weeks. Our clients will not be charged for this time, should this occur. Should it arise that we are unable to perform our servicing due to an inability to access the site for longer than two weeks, and the plants suffer, we will offer replacements of the plants at wholesale cost.
Please let us know how we can work with you to make it through this time with as much ease as possible, while adhering to the abundance of caution that is required at this time.
Most of all, our wish and hope is that you, and your loved ones, families, friends and colleagues stay safe and well, and that we find ourselves back in our day-to-day routines sooner than later.
Please feel free to direct any concerns or inquiries to our manager, Mike Van Houten,
T: (613) 325-4399, E: planterior@sympatico.ca
With warm wishes and good to health to all. Stay safe and well.
The Planteriors Team
